This company is a gem from the start! They didn’t charge me for a 2- hour estimate and was honest in giving me advice as what I really needed to do such as changing an electrical wire and outlet for the stove, troubleshooting why the breaker kept tripping off and changing outlets. They even advised me on things that were in my best interest such as holding off getting a new breaker box with evidence to back it up. Who does that?
I appreciated their honesty and teaching me on the subject matter. They gave me a great price and got me scheduled right away. They did not send me any reminders on the scheduled date which I actually found refreshing as too often you get bombarded with texts and emails reminders.
When Ivan and Daniel came to do the job they were efficient, and responsive to all my questions. Although they found other things that took more of their time then anticipated, they did not add more to the price agreed upon, despite me telling them I was okay if there was a change in the price.
I am very happy with the results and the people who works in this company. From the person who answers on the phone on the second ring and remembers who you are to the people who does the work. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. Very satisfied customer.

I am very happy with the work that was done by the crew at Washington Electrical. Russ had a quote for me the day after his initial visit and was very responsive when I had questions or comments leading up to and during the work that was being done. A third of our house had to be rewired and the work was efficiently done and completed a day early. I would not hesitate to use Washington Electrical again.

The guys did a great job. They were thorough in their investigation of the 2 problems and communicated our options so we could make an informed decision. They also completed an installation to address a third issue and did a brilliant job. The cost also met the proposal, no hidden extras and very reasonable. They will be our go to for all electrical work going forward and I would highly recommend them.

I got three quotes and went with Washington electric. They provided me excellent service. I needed a panel replacement in the cold of winter and they got me on their schedule right away, gave me a free quote and got the job done for a reasonable price and did a fantastic job. They are going to be my go to for all things electric from here on.

Both Ivan and Russ were great to work with for my electrical panel gfci/afci upgrade. Ivan came out twice, once for the initial assessment and cost estimate and then again for the panel work itself. I had the option to do the gfci upgrade either on the outlets or on the panel itself. Ivan laid out the pros and cons for both and didn’t try to push me in one direction or the other. He was great at explaining the work during and after. Reasonable cost as well.

Great work, great people doing the work.. This was a big job cutting out the last of the nob-n-tube type electrical, that spaned three rooms.. We checked with 3 different companies and Washington Electrical gave us the best value for the work that needed to be done. Highly recommend.

I needed an electrician to install an EV charger and found this company through a Google search. They came by my house for a complimentary inspection to provide an estimate. The electrician, Ivan, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained every detail. I’m very impressed by how professional and kind they are. We had Russ and his partner upgrade our electric panel and install an EV charger. Their quote was very competitive and scheduling was flexible. They did a good job, there was an issue with the charger (which I purchased not them) and they tried to resolve it. Again, it was the charger not their service. I’m happy with their work and would highly recommend.

Very nice people. The person I talked to on the phone was able to get a hold of one of the electricians. Then that worker was able to come out an hour later to help with our problem, which had been very simple fix. Even though it was an easy job, we really appreciated them coming out on short notice to help us. The electricians was very helpful, he explained the problem and how we can avoid it for next time.

I can’t recommend Washington Electrical enough. They went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did they replace my entire electrical panel, but they also patiently explained everything along the way and made sure I understood what was being done. They took the time to track down and fix tricky wiring issues—from exposed outdoor wires to broken outlets in several rooms—that other electricians might have overlooked.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical work.

I’d leave six stars if I could! Ivan was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he and his team did an outstanding job replacing our panel. From the initial estimate, Ivan was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with sharing tips to help us meet our electrical needs—even beyond the work we had planned.
Scheduling was smooth, and on installation day both the power company and Ivan’s team arrived promptly to get started. When an unexpected requirement from the inspector changed our original plan and estimate, Ivan went out of his way to minimize the impact on us while still delivering top-quality work that exceeded expectations.
After completing the job, Ivan cleaned up thoroughly and walked us through our new equipment, explaining every change in detail. He stayed to answer extra questions, even troubleshooting a garage electrical issue and fixing it free of charge—a gesture of service that went well beyond what I expected.
I can’t recommend Ivan and his team highly enough and will absolutely hire them again for any future electrical needs.

I always go to my realtor friend, Rory Pitts from Exp Realty, to get referrals for something we need done at our house. I was referred to Russ at Washington Electrical LLC. I called & spoke to Russ who was very polite & gave me an estimated quote and was scheduled for the very next day.
Ian came out looked it over & explained the process of what was going on with the current fan and gave me the option to change out the parts or install a new one, with ZERO pressure at all, I opted for a new fan install. Ivan did an amazing job and cleaned up the work area afterwards. The price was the amount that Russ quoted including new fan (which Russ also had quoted just in case it needed replacing). Ivan made sure all was working and explained/showed how to clean it. A HUGE Thank you to Ivan & Russ for a job WELL DONE & to my realtor friend Rory for the great referral.
I have some more work I want done and will be scheduling with you again soon.

Had issues with GFI breakers popping. Called Wagington Electrical to check if it was a wiring issue or worn circuit breakers. Russ came out that evening, after a full day on a job site. He confirmed the wiring was ok. He actually had the correct breakers on him and swapped them out right then. Relieved there were no issues with the wiring, and happy he saved me the time of replacing the breakers myself. Great service! Recommend calling him for your electrical needs! Mike

Russ and his partner were punctual, polite, and hardworking. They took their shoes off indoors and addressed all of my concerns, patiently answering my many questions.
Since my house was built in 1986, GFCIs weren't required. They explained which repairs would require permits, but they figured out that by changing just 3 outlets, my entire system would be brought up to code and no permits required! That being done, they also troubleshooted an issue I had, and installed my new RING doorbell and eco-smart thermostat. Russ even replaced a battery in a hard-to-reach alarm sensor, and they both helped test my alarm's outdoor siren.
Even with all their their hard work, I was pleasantly surprised that the invoice was less than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Washington Electrical, LLC. It's a great company to have in your corner!

I wanted to install a battery storage unit for backup power during an outage. Essentially an electric generator. So glad I connected with Washington Electrical. Russ was great. He listened to my needs and concerns, explained options simply and clearly and walked me through how to operate the system after he installed the transfer switch and connected the batteries. Now I feel ready when the power goes out.

Super knowledgeable and thoughtful advisors when it comes to all your residential electricity needs. I was experiencing a GFCI outlet issue in my bathroom when I called Russ at Washington Electrical. He tried troubleshooting it with me over the phone without high pressure to come out and make a buck. When I couldn’t fix the issue, he was able to come out quickly and take care of it. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend Washington Electrical to anybody that needed help with any electrical problems.

Russ did excellent work for us. We needed a new panel inside the house and one new circuit to service a sump pump. As the project evolved we also needed a new connection for the power supply installed outside the house.
Russ was timely, professional, and reasonably priced for the work he completed.
I will hire Washington Electrical LLC again.

I had two bathrooms that had older lights that were no longer working and were complicated to change out. I contacted Russ and appreciated how prompt his response was - he was able to give me a quote, recommending I switch the lights to LED ones and got me scheduled. He was also flexible when I needed to reschedule due to a conflict - the team of 2 arrived promptly and did fast work. I would hire them again!!

Can’t say enough good things about Russ and team. They made amazingly quick work of the job, moving the 240 electrical across the room via the crawlspace. They were able to have it permitted and inspected same day!
